Excellent wines, great people. A really beautiful place for a taste or a glass of wine.

I was at this place couple of weeks ago. Most interesting part was, they make their own wine. They have great selection of wine. I attended their wine 101 class and i learnt a lot of things about wine. If you are ever in kalamazoo, check out this place.

The wife, our dog and I came out to Kalamazoo from Holland on a gloomy Saturday. The owner was the person giving us the wine tasting. He was pleasant and cordial. The wines were very refreshing. One of them stung the back of my throat which I've never had in a wine before. All in all we were pleased with the presentation. I guess the only complain I have about the place is that the owner and staff weren't very social at all which made the tasting super awkward and sped up and that the owner informed us that they buy their grapes from all over. Without watching and truly knowing what the weather of the year has done to the grapes on the vine how are you supposed to push out superior wines? All in all; if you're in the Kalamazoo area with a group and are looking for something fun to do, this would be a decent idea; however do not go out of your way to drive here. Nothing too special.
