Denny's - Kalamazoo

We went here around midnight- there were people there who had been waiting for an hour or longer to be seated. There were no staff, nobody came out to see us and we waited for a half hour. We ended up leaving without seeing a single employee. The restaurant was maybe 1/4 full at the time. No clue what the deal was.

This should be the next store to be closed and condemned!!! They should be ashamed of themselves for the service, environment, the employees and the food!!!!I had a door dash pickup order. I waited the 40 minutes before going to the restaurant. I then stood in the doorway waiting for my food for 35 minutes.A week later my mom, son and I go to have breakfast. The employees are unprofessional. A lady was sitting outside and asking her coworker to make sure we don’t sit them in her area because “she’s tired and her feet hurt” . We are seated in a booth. We ask what options of drinks they have and we were told no soda because they were out of Co2, no lemonade…. Just water, coffee, juice and tea. We ordered two coffees and an orange juice. The coffee tasted like water. We started to order our food and learned that there were no peppers and the toast options were limited.We decided to leave without ordering any food, after the waitress sat down with us to take our order. Horrible service!!! Horrible place!!! Close it down!!!

Food was good. First coffee cup was filthy. Womens bathroom lead far from clean. Mens bathrom was filthy too.

Walked in at 5am on a Sunday morning 3 tables were full. Waited 20 min for coffee and another 20 min for my food. The pics are my skillet I ordered if you look very close you can tell that it's all potatoes and NO MEAT PRICE $10 It was also very gross tasted. Said something to Manager and all she wanted to do was argue with me. NEVER AGAIN

Wouldn’t recommend! Got seated quickly, but….. waited 45 minutes to get food. Did not get my pancakes with my breakfast, they came out 10 minutes later. Then waited for the check for 15 minutes finally went to the register and waited another 5. When we first got there, there were only 2 people in front of us. Very bad service! Will not be going back again. Food was burnt and cold.
