Bagel Beanery - Kalamazoo

Stopping for bagel sandwiches on the way to the north. I was disappointed that there was only plan, blueberry or all bagels. I was more disappointed when we began to eat and realized that they were not even bagel beanery bagels or they changed the recipe? We love their old bagels.

I went here to 6 bagels and cream cheese that I saw on their online menu for 9.99 when I get into the store, the same menu item 15.99 when I bring it to the employees, they try to tell me that I see the wrong menu for their grand Rapids locations. when I saw on the menu, it has its Kalamazoo location on the menu. They refuse to honour their online price and keep telling me that the price was not listed. that is false advertising. I understand that the prices and the costs are rising everywhere, but they must honor a price when they have listed it, this was not a one or two dollar difference, it was a 60% increase. the personal did not seem to care and could not lose less about my business. very sad for a local business to work like that.

I used to go to Bagel Beanery once a week but it just isn't the same anymore. It is now very cluttered and feels like a combination of an Asian grocery store and bagel shop. And the bagels don't taste as good as they used to (in my opinion).
