Subway - Kailua-Kona

This place is sucked. how it takes 35 minutes to make 6 sandwiches. at this point, I could have gone back there myself and double the amount. I almost missed my flight. but back to the sandwiches. I saw the worker cough on my speck and drowned him in ranch? xx subway

Avoid this subway! the two employees working here had a speed, and it was as slow as possible. many veggies were half full, but they decided to do a complete increase in the center of a job. it felt serious as if we were bursting.

In a very long line, just to say that they are from veggie patty. such places should place signs about these things to avoid the time of human beings wasted.

The staff served a customer and was very slow. he has been falling on the back for over 2 minutes. came back finally finished to make the sandwiches and shattered to get back we could hear that he swear when the doorbell went out. When we were worried for his health, we waited for him to come back. Finally more customers came in and one of them went back to make sure that he was in order and not in any medical emergency. there was no one in charge. we all went and immediately after we were out of the load, he was locked in the doors and turned off the open sign. an hour before closing. he could have just explained he was sick or stressed and gone.

I ordered and paid online and was told my order would be ready at 3:20 just a 6” sub. I got to the store at 3:15 and there was 4 people in line. My order wasn’t ready, so I got in line as well. Over an hour later I am still waiting. Only 4 people in front of me and no crazy big orders. I have never in my life seen something like this, it is taking 15 mins to make one sub. I would’ve left a long time ago but I paid online and can’t cancel it. OVER AN HOUR with four people in front of me. ?
