Mcdonald's - Kailua-Kona

I really wanted to give it four stars. in comparison to the others in kona it is the best of the definitiw. a little consistent, but that is never terrible and the order is in the right way.

We only go through the drive thru, the workers are very patient when I command, let me take my time. the service is fast, friendly and accurate. I love their French pommes, lead some mcdonalds over or under cook them. If I have to say something negative, I would have to say that it is frustrating when their ice machine is out order, it is like a majority of time and my son is disappointed every time.

Do not plan to do to lock or go to the load. only the drive thru is available. something that would be difficult if I visited and didn't have a car. if they order online, they do not tell them until they can give up their order, they can pick up and then they must cancel the order.

Was heading for a long drive home late at night, so I needed some caffeine. I got a coffee and one of their cold coffee drinks. I remember somebody saying it was too sweet and didn't have any coffee taste so I had them add an extra shot of coffee. It was really good, and then when I got home I spilled 3/4 of it. Really wish I could have finished it. It was that good!

Tried to get some breakfast here and found that a now they don't open until 8:00 A.M. and b the drive-thru is still closed for some unknown reason. I'm sure more is expected by the powers-that-be at McDonalds, I'm surprised their franchise hasn't been revoked. From now on it's Wendy's for me.....
