Supposed, but so are most places, and our server was fast and friendly. Great view, classic decor and drinks, this place overhauled. Surprisingly cheap food prices.
Service is excellent. 2 of the servers were old ladies and probably worked there since the beginning of this hotel in the 1970s. A lady spoke English with a heavy Japanese accent. Price was very reasonable, fruit stamp 4$, and they even be careful on a cherry and little umbrella for each cup.
We didn't think the food would live by the sea until the magnificent view, but we were wrong with the boy. All our dishes were fantastic! We tried the big sushi plate, fish tacos, shrimp salad, giant calamari and sweet potatoes. Absolutely delicious!! BTW Mai Tais and drinks were bomb!
Can't beat the unobstructed views, great atmosphere, better than average bar food (some days amazing, others ok) always great drinks. Service can be a little on the slow side when busy, but why would you be in a hurry sitting here?
This place is ideal for watching the sunset. The hostesses and waitstaff are exceptional. I sampled the Mai Tai tasting, which included four different variations, and they were incredible! The grilled fish tacos were fantastic, and the pork street tacos were excellent as well. I really enjoy coming here, whether it's for the amazing Mai Tais or the delicious food. The atmosphere is friendly, and they take their time with you, which is a big plus!
