I visited the restaurant on Saturday night and ordered a prime rib cooked medium rare. Unfortunately, it arrived overcooked. When I mentioned this to the waitress, she was quite rude and said, "Well, it’s late, and that’s all we have." She should have informed me of the situation when I placed my order, so I could have chosen something else. When I requested to speak with a manager, she said there wasn’t one on duty and did so with an attitude. By that point, I had completely lost my appetite and ended up not eating anything. I was very dissatisfied with the experience!

This was the best meal we've had in Juneau! It was absolutely worth both our time and money. The halibut, scallops, onion rings, and the side salad were all excellent! For those with dietary restrictions, they offer several keto options as well.
