I've went to main Street Pizza since I've been a child never issues until recently night time staff are very messy and unprofessional they call customers liars when they receive the wrong order then make it a big deal about giving a refund because they lost the order ticket which should have been used to check the order before handing somebody the wrong order they found it 10 minutes after arguing hanging over their salad table. Refused to give contact information for anybody above them refuse to let me know when the boss would be in instead I was told to come to the store every day and see when the boss will be there no consideration that I don't live in that town I would not recommend ordering during the evening as the staff are horrible during the daytime hours staff are wonderful. please get it together main Street night staff..

I was very impressed with the service and hustle of the employees here tonight. Busy night but they still got our order out to us in a decent time. Also, wow! What a great pizza!!! Delightful sauce and the meat was plentiful and superb quality. Will beback!!

I haven?t even tried the pizza yet but I just left Main Street Pizza and had to share that the service was amazing (all staff working on Wednesday 8/17 at 5:15 pm). Every single staff member was happy and enjoying life. From the phone call (stating I?venever ordered before and wasn?t sure what options were available) to the greeting when I walked in the door. Sometimes you cantell when someone is annoyed to list off options but this gentleman did it with audible pleasure. When I walked in a young ladygreeted me and cashed me out and then the young man handed me my pizza with pep and told me to have a great day. It may seemminimal, but you can tell when someone is having a bad day and none of them were, from what I could see. Every person there mademe feel seen and taken care of. The price was fantastic too. When I?m going through Jonesville again, I will be sure to grabMain Street pizza just because of the service!
