She closed the window without saying thank you or even apologizing for the wait. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
I visited Arby's last Saturday and had a disappointing experience with a staff member. There was a Black woman with short hair who took my order, and when I mentioned that I forgot to ask for no ice in my drink, she gave me a disdainful look from head to toe, then threw the ice out of my cup and rolled her eyes at me. I can confidently say that I will never return to that restaurant. Everyone knows that when someone looks at you like that, it often indicates they have negative intentions, and it felt quite serious to me.
Every time I visit the restaurant, I feel like I'm barely acknowledged while waiting at the window. The staff, mostly young kids, often seem disinterested in being there. During one visit, I overheard a girl say, "Why do these people keep coming? I wish they would just stay home." It's frustrating because I really love the food, but they definitely need better training.
I got chicken strip and fries and you could taste that the oil was extremely old. The window needed to be fixed the lady could barely open it she had to lift it with all of her strength and then try to push it open. As I'm sitting here watching this I'msaying to myself this is sad because they just did a remodel on this store it shouldn't be this bad.
The price on the display board wasn't the price I was charged for an item. I happened to check my receipt against the display board. I was charged a different price than the displayed price. I was given the difference between the prices back. The NEWdisplay board HADN'T BEEN put up YET! The cashier and manager didn't seem to be very concerned about the customer service. Idon't think I will be going back again.
