Wendy's - Joliet

My favorite hamburger! The service is a bit slow, likely due to a shortage of staff.

For me, it's all about the honey-butter chicken breakfast biscuits, and this location is truly the best spot for my breakfast fix!

This particular Wendy's performed adequately, but we all know how the fast food industry operates. Like many other fast-food chains, such as McDonald's and Burger King, they seem to be losing touch with their customers by cutting back on service while simultaneously raising prices. These establishments are not what they once were. For just $14, you can enjoy a much better dining experience at Golden Corral, or spend $18 at Wendy's, Burger King, or McDonald's for food that just doesn’t match the quality it used to have.

Eating is good, but the service is missing....very slow....can be unaffected, but that was a mobile order and should have been ready, but u just have to be patient.

The woman that was taking my order messed up my order. I had to repeat it a couple of times. Once at the window, I was asked a few more times what I ordered. It took at least 20 mins to get my order. The only thing I can't complain that it was fresh.
