Absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere is lively and enjoyable. The beds are super comfortable. The Reserve steakhouse is exceptional, and the pizza place is also quite good.

As for the casino itself, it's disappointing. The food is subpar—especially the pizza, which is neither fresh nor tasty. They no longer offer any free slot play, whereas Hollywood Casino provides $250 in free slot play for March, plus additional complimentary gifts. In short, Harrah's Joliet is a letdown, and I feel like they are taking my money without any justification. I can't stand the dishonest customer service representatives who promise a refund but fail to follow through. Save yourself the trouble—this place is boring and lacks excitement. The real fun is at Hollywood!

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant! The roulette wheel was a big highlight for me, and I really appreciated the fair play rules. The poker games were also excellent. I ordered a delicious red velvet cake for dessert, which was a great treat. It was nice to be there, and I look forward to returning soon!

Another horrible Caesars casino. Horrible comps and promotions. Since this casino and the Grand Victoria switched over to Caesars Reward program they have gone to ****. Now empty casino. Looks like they are remodeling and adding new games, but that's about it. The slot machines have a very low payout. Walking around watching and listening only hearing guest complain about not winning. Not hearing the machines making noises they do when people are winning.No beverage service was seen during my 90-minute visit.Parking ramp very sketchy with a lot of younger people hanging around the elevator banks and the various levels of the ramp.Tried to take a couple of pictures but was quickly told by security cameras not allowed.

Out of all of the casinos I've been to this has to be the worst I played close to 300 and not one free game was triggered. Please believe the reviews....they are true!
