Dunkin' - Joliet

I live just 6 minutes away from this Dunkin' location, and I have to say I was disappointed. The staff seemed young and had a poor attitude, and the cleanliness of the place was unacceptable. It was very dirty, and it didn't look like they cleaned at all. I'm seriously considering reaching out to city hall about the hygiene issues. They didn't use proper gloves while handling food, and when I asked for something they didn't want to accommodate, I was told to just go to another Dunkin'. I've attached some pictures for you to see for yourself.

This Dunkin' location is by far the worst I've ever visited! Every time I go through the drive-thru, I find myself repeating my order constantly; it's like talking to a toddler! I've tried going inside to place my order, but the staff's attitude is terrible. They seem frustrated if you have a larger order, as if they're annoyed that you're making them work. When they finally bring the order, they just toss the bags onto the small table without even informing you that it's ready. To make matters worse, there's always something wrong with my order—either something is missing, or one of my drinks is prepared incorrectly. I've received black coffee when I specifically asked for cream and sugar, granulated sugar instead of liquid sugar, and even a medium drink instead of the large I ordered. It's clear that these employees need proper training!

Stopped to get a frozen matcha latte and asked about the portion of matcha powder used in the drink. I told them the place down the street always makes them with a darker green and they taste better. Lady at the window told me it 's because they 're Indianand they don 't follow the recipe the right way. That this location makes it the right way and that it 's how it 's supposed to beand that the Indians sometimes use skim milk instead of whole milk! So if you like casual racism with your waters down coffee,check this place out. If you 'd like your drink made the right way, hit up the one down the street
