Baci Pizzeria - Joliet

I haven't visited this restaurant in a while, but I'm working on catching up with my reviews. Overall, it was just okay. Nothing remarkable, and I found it a bit overpriced for the portion sizes and quality. The menu was quite basic. The pizza was enjoyable, but the other dishes we tried were rather disappointing and lacked flavor. On a positive note, the customer service was quite good!

The atmosphere is much more subdued now since they are primarily set up for carryout. There were no other diners during my visit, but they were receiving a steady stream of phone orders. One staff member was managing both in-person and carryout orders, and she was very friendly. The food tasted just as I remembered—it's not overly fancy and feels a bit off the beaten path, but if you enjoyed it before, it might be worth a visit again.

I work night shifts and ordered a pizza, wings, and fries at 11 AM. It took them an hour and a half to deliver my order, and the food was cold when it arrived. I ordered a pizza with sausage and green peppers, but they added onions instead, so I couldn't eat it. When I asked for a replacement, they refused to refund me. Don't order from this place. They should prioritize their customers, but clearly they don't care. It's really disappointing.

We loved this place! Just stopped by as we passed through Joliet on our road trip. The menu has every kind of italian food you can think of. Our pastas were served with loaves of bread and salads. The salad dressings were incredible, and the pasta wasflavorful and cooked perfectly! Service was friendly and hospitable. Can?t recommend Baci enough!

Zero stars if possible. Ordered alfredo and mostaccioli. The alfredo was so watery and disgusting, no flavor at all. just water and pasta. the mostaccioli came with a huge slab of the worst tasting red sauce and no cheeses at all, no flavor, just tastedextremely gross and noodles were undercooked. first and last time here. fast food is better than this mess.
