I really love their food, but I had a frustrating experience the other day. I called for an hour, and either their phone was off or they answered and hung up. If they were too busy to take more orders, they should have let customers know or provided the option to wait. As a result, I had to drive down to the restaurant to place my order and ended up waiting there, which was quite uncomfortable due to the other customers making comments that put me on edge.

The management and staff are always very friendly when I place my order. They add a personal touch by remembering my previous interactions. The delivery is quick, friendly, and always arrives hot. Thank you, Deli!
