Friendly's - Johnstown

Everything was delicious! Fast friendly service! Thee strawberry lemonade was amazing! And Ashley our waitress was exceptional

Had 3 sundaes and a stroganoff. Portions were large, Noone finished their Sunday, and the entree was decent if you don't mind tons of calories and salt. You get what you expect. They are were understaffed, seemed like just server for the entire restaurant, but that was okay as only one other table was taken. Go for some ice cream, you won't be surprised by their excellence, but you won't be disappointed in anything either.

If I could leave zero, I would. I ordered clam chowder and it showed up cold to touch. No, not lukewarm. Cold! I only live 3 minutes from the store. I warmed it in the microwave and when I tasted it, it was sour. I called Friendly 's and all they said was it could have been a long drive. Since it was through DoorDash, we can 't offer a refund. Trust me, I get DoorDash can be iffy at times, but when it is a short distance away, it isn 't the driver 's fault if the item shows cold...and tastes sour. They wonder why they are going out of business...

Food was amazing and filling my kids enjoyed themselves and our waitress otto was absolutely fabulous he worked hard enough to make sure we were happy with everything even gave me a to go cup of coffee like he knew I wanted to take it home without me having to say it and gave such good cute advice to my son about the real world

The daytime servers are always excellent. Windows and walls could use a good scrubbing but the restaurant has been around for a long time and I love the chowder, ice cream and supermelts
