フィードバックを提供するI order online and wait 35 minutes before my food came out 5 cars had come and gone before I had to ask for a refund so I could otherwise take my family where, the lady I spoke with the name of the order and went into the building. Then another lady came back 5 minutes later with our food and not even someone apologised or said something. My food was cold and my burger had a half inch fat layer on it as if it were a spice! This is unacceptable.
By far the worst sonic I've EVER been to we waited a solid 10 minutes for 2 drinks, people who ordered food after us got their food before our drinks. My slush was watery and not mixed. The best part after I had my rt 44 slush I looked at my 2 short straws and asked for a long straw to which Amariah responded we ran out of those. I asked her how I'm suppose to drunk thus when it can't reach half the cup she shrugged her shoulders and said I don't know. Extremely unhappy
This is one of most disappointing times at a fast food restaurant I’ve been to. we waited at two different stalls for around 35 minutes for someone to answer the call to receive our order. We assumed that the first stall was broken so we moved to a different stall where someone had left with their food we waited there for another 20 minutes. Afterwords we went to the drive-through where we waited for 10 minutes while we repeatedly asked if there is anyone there. This whole time we were watching employees smoke in the parking lot. it is such a shame that we had such bad service when we know that the person working the window was fairly nice.
If I could give a 0 I would. Waited 1.5 hrs for our food to be right. Missed half our food the first time. Sausage missing from the burrito. Never gave us a receipt for $60 worth of food. Food half empty and Cold. Workers have attitude. Said she would go grab the sauce we asked for when we ordered and she never came back. We tipped and everything before. The manager was super cool but still does not excuse for the terrible experience we had today.
0 stars. Online order and drove to pick up. I never received part of my order I paid for... I know.. I KNOW! I should have checked the bag before driving home. When I went back, I was told they were out of these items and had been for a couple days . I was told they could not give me a refund due to no manager there with a key . They took my reciept and phone number a manager would call me . No call. Big surprise there! I then emailed supports. They too would not give me a refund. Instead they gave me a reward for reaching out consisting of 2 free medium sized onion rings WITH PURCHASE. I declined since I will never be returning.
