Yuimaru Kitchen - Johnson City

Wonderful quality sushi. The Cowboy Roll was especially excellent. Everyone was very polite, but the service at lunchtime was a bit slow. I think they only had 1 server for the whole place, however, it was not busy.

The food is great. The hostess was inept and had no idea what she was doing. Said we'd be seated, called a server over and then gave seats to the next couple and pretended we didn't exist. After we just took a seat and told her we had a server with a brain and it was a great experience.

The food is PHENOMENAL! No complaints about the price as I got exactly what I paid for... instant seating. Friendly service, prompt food arrival, and she even brought my pup some water. She not only cared about my husband and myself she tended to her! Will definitely be back!! 10/10
