If you only visit this restaurant once, make sure to try the incense chicken plate—it's truly magical! The fresh pork was still sizzling when it arrived, and the service was fantastic. The food quality was exceptional, and the atmosphere was both pleasant and intriguing. My husband ordered the large rib plate, which came with a cauliflower casserole and skillet corn. All plates are served with a generous slice of jalapeño cornbread, fried on both sides, and a drink included. I had expected the typical chain BBQ quality with standard sides, but I was pleasantly surprised. My wings were perfectly crispy and packed with flavor. I enjoyed them so much that I picked the bones clean. I was genuinely sad when they were gone. Thank you for a wonderful meal!

This is not a standard BBQ place. They switch their side parts that gives you the opportunity to try something new every time! They also have durable side that does not change for those who like consistency. Everything is handmade with love and passion not sweat cause that would be rough. I recommend Moe's!

Absolutely fantastic barbecue! I had the pulled pork combo, which came with an excellent turkey gumbo, potato salad, and cornbread. You place your order at the counter, find a seat, and then pick up your delicious meal when it's ready. The decor and atmosphere are wonderful, and the staff is both friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning!

I was in Johnson City for work and wanted to find a great place to eat after spending a few days in Knoxville. I have to say, nothing I tried in Knoxville compared to Moe's. Everything there tasted homemade, except for the chips. I ordered the smoked wings based on the waitress Brittany's recommendation, and they were absolutely amazing—totally awesome! I had two sides and chose the mac and cheese and banana pudding since I don't eat beef or pork. Those choices were spot on! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and we enjoyed live music while we were there on a Thursday. Trust me, don’t hesitate to check this place out for a fantastic meal. You won’t be disappointed!
