Dunkin' - Johns Creek

Boston cream donuts had no cream in them and tasted like they had been on the shelf for a long time. Employee forgot to pour the coffee before walking away from the counter and disappearing. This location is not a good example for the DD brand.

Came early during alleged business hours. Door was locked, I was waved to go to drive through. I wanted to sit down and eat, not eat in my car. I went elsewhere. Good job...

First time ever tossing an one sip drink away. This Dunkin is worst than any location I have been to. Just go to Starbucks down the street. Customer service is horrendous and the employee seems to not get your order right. I clearly asked for no ice for my sweet cream cold brew twice and Hari mess it up. You should be ashamed if you think your store is sustaining the brand and image of Dunkin Donuts. I won't be back. The better Dunkin is near Norcross on Spalding road

They go through, it seems like all they care about. I think they're just understated, but I would have bought more if someone had made me aware.

I stopped by this location to pick up donuts and grabbed a blueberry muffin on my way to work. First bite, I discovered that the mudfin was not cooked properly. I am giving 1 starbbecause I understand things happen but I called this store twice to let them know so they won't sell these to anyone else and no one answered. I get it. Everyone is busy but that's when customer service is even more important. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to go back but hoped that they would answer the phone instead of sending me to voicemail.
