Trattoria 903 - Jim Thorpe

For the first time in Trattoria 903, Saturday 7/12/14. My date had the New York Strip Steak. Unbelievable. I myself had the Chicken Saltimbocca. OMG-too die. Both parts were huge. Waitress was fantastic. No doubt I will go back.

My friend and I would appreciate it if you don't go to this restaurant. It is not very big, so there are not many tables and if we are hungry, this is the only place we want to eat. The high quality of ingredients is obvious from the first bite and you can feel the passion that is served by the great owner/cook of the restaurant. Portions are large enough to offer delicious rests for lunch the next day. My next step: ask the owner if he is willing to adopt me legally.

This place isn't big, but the country that doesn't matter to me because when you start eating, think that in Italy the food only takes you the best food that I had in many years, and in my late years the food the people of the chef is just perfect my whole family goes into this restaurant we even use when we couldn't eat, we used to takeout and that made the time faster, even the takeout I remembered

Portions are big enough to provide tasty leftovers for next day's lunch. My next step: ask the owner if he is willing to legally adopt me.
