Jj Shark Fish Chicken - Jesup

Food was soggy from grease and tasted old there was barely any fries on my plate but the other plate was full. They looked like they were cooked separately since mine were pale and his was dark. It says cooked when ordered but I think that is an excuse for bad service. The employees was rude. This was our second trip and both times was bad. Steer clear if you want good food and good service.

It was my first and last experience with this place. My order was wrong, they wouldn't give a refund, and when I got my food replaced, it was disgusting. Priced too high and very poor quality. Manager argued with me at window and even took the food back into the window after I'd already taken it home!! There was also black mold growing in the drive thru window. Just a horrible experience all the way around. Wasted money and time!! CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN!!!!

I had a philly cheesesteak sandwich from this restaurant last week and it taste like straight up salt.

Wow this place has some work to do. First and last time I’m coming. I got 2- 5pc chicken tender with fries. The chicken- meh ok. The fries were gross and undercooked. I went through thedrive-thru.It’s made to order so if your in a hurry or don’t have time to wait 15+ minutes, go somewhere else. I ordered waited 20 min so I had to go inside and ask for a refund cause I had to leave, well crazy enough my food was just sitting, done on the counter. And I’m pretty sure you shouldn’t be working with a toddler behind the counter also. Y’all clearly have no management. Good luck.
