Made my coffee wrong they fixed it but still had to wait forever to get the right

Service is slows always screwing around no wonder it takes 15 to 30 minutes just to get a coffee. It's unacceptable

Cleanliness lacks bad at this DD. Floors are sticky and the tables are full of crumbs and drink smears. Being the only place in town while Cafe Euro becomes The Connection, I only stayed so as to get a project complete for my job. However, if DD was looking to impress this customer from a competitor, it has failed emphatically. On a side note, the iced Vanilla Bean tastes like a frozen Vanilla pudding I remember from my childhood, which is a plus, I guess. lol

So polite EVERY time. Prompt and professional EVERY time. Never got a halfa drink like most other places. Never got a burnt, stale, or soggy snack.

LOVE this location! Super nice everytime I come in and the store manager is so involved with the community. She had donated donuts for our local swim team and middle school soccer team. Thank you!
