E Star - Jersey Village

Stopped in for an early dinner, as I’m serving my plate of food, I noticed that the food was not hot, not even warm. I mentioned my dissatisfaction to an attendant and eventually a manager, they offered to microwave my plate which in my opinion should not be the case. I left without eating. This buffet used to be top notch, now, not so much. I don’t know if they are having an issue with the steam tables but they should strive to correct this issue promptly.

Great place to take the family!
