Chick-fil-a - Jersey Village

Worst Chick-fil-A ever. When I arrived, I was on the line. Then they weren't right. Not the Chick-fil-A experience. Management must improve it.

This review is long overdue I literally live right behind this Chick-fil-A and they seem to always mess up my order! I get there right at 9:50 very clear about what I want and it's even right on the ticket and yet I get my order and it's missing an item. I'm in high level sales, and if a customer comes in at 8:55 I'm going to give him/her the same customer service that I will give the customer that comes in at 10:00 a.m! Unacceptable!!

If you like Chick-Fil-A and know the formula, then you know what you 're getting here. The chicken, waffle fries, macaroni, and (insert dish here) are all great as you 'd expect. Of course, it 's all served with a smile and a my pleasure .

Mr. Ricar Hernandez did a great job delivering a large order for a morning meeting! He had the correct address but the wrong phone number. When he called I knew it was one of the many NOV locations. While we remained connected by phone I called a few employees to meet him. He noticed a few people walking by and they helped him get to the right delivery location. Thank you!

So I just bought this a few minutes ago and they give my spicy chicken deluxe like this. This never happend before but im sorprised
