It was very delicious ?. I liked it very much so we thought to try other scrumptious dishes too and we ordered chicken chargha I felt like this is what we are craving for. It was so tasty and mouthwatering. A must try recepi in Golconda Chimney. Iam attaching a photo of it .
I’ve been here with my family three times, and each and every time the food has been amazing. The cashiers and waiters are so friendly and even once they chatted with my family and I just about minimal things about life. The food is always filling and delicious. It’s a shame that this restaurant has always been empty when I stop by, so I’m hoping this changes and they gather more customers. I highly recommend this place.
Food was mind blowing. The chef special Chicken Chadri was out of this world.
Golconda Chimney was at the right place at the right time. I was going to one of my usual places but they were closed on a Monday afternoon… when I turned around I saw it; a street sign with a delicious looking thali special. This is just what I wanted what I needed after a stressful day.I went in and the young man and lady at the reception desk were gracious and soft spoken. I asked for a table for 1 and for the lunch special right off the bat. I was seated and the young lady asked if I wanted a mango lassi, which I did, because who doesn’t, right? The meal came out quickly and it was everything I wanted it to be. The different flavors were marked about subtle and every tiny serving dish complimented the other by enhancing the flavors or diffusing the spiciness of some.Great place to eat because of the food, the staff, and the atmospheric music.I loved this meal.Vegetarian options: I was offered the vegetarian option right away but, I’m a meat eater.
The food was really unbalanced. Like, the flavours were disproportionate. Biryani didn't make any sense to my palatte, it was a random mixture of a bunch of spices with no story to tell. We ordered for butter naan but received garlic naan. The naans were dry and crispy. The Malai Kofta was salty beyond comparison. I wonder if the cooks taste their food before it leaves the kitchen. I've heard bad reviews from friends but I had to confirm it myself. Cockroach is a cherry on top. I know I could've given the review in person but the owner kept asking us about one dish and nothing else. Maybe if he asked us about how everything was, I would've told him. But he wasn't looking for feedback on all the food. Just a mutton dish he wanted to add to the menu.
