Dunkin' - Jersey City

Very small Dunkin’ location. They have a low selection of donuts and never have seasonal items but it’s best for a morning breakfast.

Last night no donuts, this morning not open. The schedule posted here needs to be updated.

Worst dunking donuts experience! The lady behind the counter was on the phone the whole time and working really slowly because she was chatting away. There were several customers but she did not get off the phone even for a second to attend to the customers and took 10 minutes to complete the order for the man before me. I had to go behind the counter to remind her I was there and to hurry up to give me just 6 donuts which were not fresh either. Also it is very difficult to find parking in that area so one would assume service would be better!

This experience was the worst..I came In to Dunkin on Saturday to purchase a sandwich and drink with a coupon the lady took my phone and charged me with my money I had on the app once I noticed what she did she had already left the store I asked the employee and she said that was the MANAGER I asked her to call her because I need my money back that is not what I wanted done she says she does not have the managers number I ask if something happens in the store who do you call she said no one (which makes no sense) annoyed i said I will come back when she is in the store I went back Sunday she was not there so I went today Monday as soon as she saw me she was hostile yelling at me saying oh well you have to call customer service just a nasty attitude I asked for customer service number she said oh you can find it yourself I don’t know what her problem was your the one who stole money from me now you wanna cause a scene unacceptable this manager needs to be fired asap they clearly just hired anyone at this point
