Kfc - Jericho

The drive-thru experience was terrible. For some reason, the staff member at the drive-thru was taking an unusually long time with each customer. Meanwhile, those in line were honking their horns in frustration.

To my surprise, a female employee behind him asked why I continue to come back if this issue occurs so frequently. Her attitude was unprofessional, and because of her response, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. I live just around the corner from this restaurant, but I would rather drive further to Popeyes for my chicken than return here. The last time I experienced a similar issue, I didn’t write a complaint, but her aggressive behavior today was the final straw. Throughout this encounter, the manager in a black sweater simply stood by, watched, and laughed, which was very disappointing.

This is a typical KFC. I purchased lunch for a group, and the employee at the counter was very friendly and helpful. I overheard him advising a customer on how to adjust his order to save money, as he was initially spending more than necessary.

JULY 5TH 20222- Do not go here! This is a nasty location! THE MANAGER IS HORRIBLE! HE WAS PERSON AT THE WINDOW AND HE FILLED UP OUR 1/2 GALLON OF TEA WITH SODA INSTEAD HOPING WE WOULDN'T CARE BY THE TIME WE GOT HOME. WE CAME BACK AND HE TRIED TO FILL ITWITH HALF SWEET TEA HALF UNSWEETENED THEN GOT AN ATTITUDE WHEN WE CAUGHT IT. I SAID FORGET ANYTHING BROWN JUST FIX ME LEMONADE.WHEN I GOT BACK HOME AND OPEN THE FOOD THIS WAS MY GRAVY. AT THIS POINT I'M NOT EATING ANYTHING AND WASTED MONEY.THE MANAGER WASA SHORT SPANISH MAN. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND TO SWITCH MY STUFF WAS CLASSLESS AND DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR. CRAZY WHAT PPL DO YO SAVEMONEY. DO NOT GO HERE

On my way home along westbound 495, I found myself really hungry and in need of a quick food stop. Driving a large truck can make it challenging to pull into just any place, but this KFC has an excellent, spacious parking lot that made it easy to access from the highway. The food at this location was quite tasty as well.
