Dunkin' - Jericho

This is my go-to spot for coffee. My son adores their donuts. The staff is friendly and always happy, greeting customers with a smile and handling orders professionally. It's usually not too crowded, so it's easy to order our favorite drinks and relax in a peaceful corner. The place is clean and neat, and the service is quick and accurate. I can't get enough of their caramel latte, it's the best I've ever had, even better than Starbucks!

I waited a full 12 minutes before someone finally came to help me. Having only one person working on a weekend is very unprofessional and poorly managed.

They are good and I never had any complaints from them. I ordered the Carmel mocha and donuts and bagel.

Got a large sized drink that was filled with at least two thirds of the way with ice... Drink itself was good, but quantity was definitely not worth what I paid.
