The service was friendly and prompt. the food was great

Came late after work a night and the bartender amanda was great. very nice and good what she does. the staff was pleasant, eating came fast, and amanda made a bomb drink. in any case will come back.

The reason for my 1 star review is based on the fact that on my second time going to eat at Buffalo wild wings I was informed that everything that is fried contains beef stock! I only went to this restaurant for my sisters birthday and loved the fact that so I thought they finally catered to vegetarians with the cauliflower wings... NOPE! Those are fried in a oil that has beef stock. So needless to say they are not vegetarian! Fries, fried pickles... none of it is vegetarian. We even told the waitress how we are vegetarians and she never mentioned anything about that. Matter of fact THE ONLY reason we even found out is because we ordered food to go and the manager noticed all of our order was vegetarian, so he mentioned about the beef stock. He also apologized because he said his staff are trained to let people know about it... yet that didn't happen. To some this might not be a big deal. However, for me and my family it is unacceptable! For that reason I refuse to ever eat at this restaurant... such a shame.Shout out to the manager for being good at his job and letting us know!

Food is terrible at this location.The bartender is super cool but the food is horrendous. I’m new to PSL and I gave this spot multiple opportunities to impress.Every time I was disappointed.This is a great location so please fix the problem BWW.There’s kids running the kitchen after hours it seems.Very bad lookI had great music food in Orlando BWW,This place has just put a bad taste in my mouth literally and figuratively

I would give no stars if possible. Way over priced. Rude servers. Only 2 other small parties in the place had a long wait for a table. Food that was not supposed to be spicy was extra spicy. How does one mess up cooking chicken tenders, they sure did. Barely any brisket on the brisket burger, McDonald's would do a better job with a brisket burger if they had one. The brisket burger is definitely not worth the price they charge. We were all sitting waiting for over 15 minutes after finishing eating with the server nearby, seeing us and she didn't bring the check. We had to ask for it.Will never return.
