Hotlips Pizza — Hawthorne

Servers everyone except for me. Made me wait 30 minutes before starting my order. I walked out.

Great place for a slice. Also the pesto bread sticks are delicious. You can sit inside now at the Hawthorne location! Good selection of beer, wine and cider too.

Not a lot of selection on slices when we were there. Otherwise, food was good and the service was friendly.

Hot lips has been my favorite gluten free pizza in Portland for years. However, they recently changed their gluten free crust…Their new gf crust overpowers the toppings and just tastes like sadness and frozen pre-cooked dough. Their pizza is not cheap but it used to be worth it. A devastating loss in my life. I will stick to Dominoes and Mississippi gf pizza unless they change it back.

Been here many times, great pizza but the saying is true, one bad apple ruins them all! That bad apple was Cody! First they open at noon but the store was not prepared, I got there at 12:10 and there were several customers waiting. One guy had most of his pizza eaten before he could even get his drink.
