フィードバックを提供するI wanted to come to our visit to the highly recommended Restraunt we visited last night. We had visited friends and decided to treat them to the "best " steak house we have ever tried in many years to taste great food. The service was wonderful, a very friendly waitress, and it was full. I'm not your normal complaint I ordered with mushrooms, baked potato and salad. all of us have ordered the same, with the exception of an ordered shrimp meal, thank God I was the one who got the bad steak, and by being bad, I mean so hard, I have my fork on the use for the levers to cut the steak. We came with people with high prestigue, they were annoyed about my meal, but I mentioned it to our waitress and showed her the curved fork, I ate the mushrooms, potato and salad, but the steak must have been a bad cut, because never before had I had done this experience. Nothing was mentioned or done, what a discount of my meal, nor an apology. I know it wasn't the waitress' fault, but I don't want to say I'm sorry, or come back to us, or I'm going to take some of your bill, was annoying. Bad experience says least, to a remnant very well known and advertised. I wish the owner would be friendly enough to give me a call asap 814-467-7190, my name is Jean. I know that was a curse steak, because that's not a Turillo's average meal, I always loved to dine in your remnant. Please contact me or I feel that we are NOT coming back. God bless you, Jean M.
