Casey's - Jenks

Store was clean and bright. Cashier was nice. No problem redeeming my points for free lunch. Still think Casey’s brisket is too dry but better than the one from Okmulgee. I love the chain brisket. I just wish they would not dry it out depend on bbq sauce for enough moisture.

Very disappointed with our pizza order. We ordered a supreme pizza, and when we got if home we discovered it was infact a scrambled egg and sausage, not even close to our order! We would have taken it back but had other plans this evening. Big FAIL!!

The ongoing lack of professionalism towards customers is disappointing. I will make an effort to steer clear of Casey's and instead choose to support QuickTrip for my needs in the future.

The restaurant is typically good, but I was not impressed when I ordered the dish with extra pepperoni and paid for it.

Today marks the third and final time we have ordered fresh pizza from this location, and unfortunately, each time the product has been unsatisfactory. This evening, we placed an online order for a cheese pizza and a supreme pizza to be ready for pickup at 5pm. However, we received notification that the order was ready at 4:25pm, causing both pizzas to be cold by the time we arrived at 5pm. Furthermore, the cheese pizza was overcooked and tough, while the supreme pizza was soggy due to the vegetables not being drained properly, resulting in an undercooked, wet, and doughy mess. These were by far the worst pizzas we have ever received from them. Regrettably, we will not be returning as customers in the future.
