フィードバックを提供するBeing a Karen. Used blue latex gloves like he just got done cleaning. Touched everything including his nose before making my sandwich. Didn?t pull any of the meat apart, sloppiest sandwich I ever got. Used a dirty wet knife to cut it. I?m not eating itwish I would of walked out.
I got tuna on the Spinach wrap. That's a no no! Never again. 1 the wraps are way to big for the amount of tuna they put on it. I had to peel way to much wrap away. 2 the tuna kept squeezing out all over the place. 3 the wrap is tough. And last butnot least the Spinach wrap is way more calories than the white wheat.
I was just informed by an employee that she was on break and told me to come back in 15 minutes if I wanted a sandwich. I'm shocked! I used to work here, and we never took breaks like that; we just kept working. This was on May 11, 2022, at 4:12 PM. If I had the manager's number, I would definitely give him a call.
I had a disappointing experience during my visit today, and I feel like I wasted almost $50. Their slogan has always been "Eat Fresh," but that clearly wasn't the case today. The bread was extremely stale and hard, which was unacceptable. I mentioned this to the cashier in hopes of resolving the issue, but they didn't seem to care at all. I absolutely hate leaving a restaurant with my family feeling hungry and upset—it truly feels like a waste of money.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. The food prep area looked unclean, and the server frequently wiped her hands on her clothes before serving food, which is concerning from a hygiene standpoint. I used a coupon that was supposed to cover a meal including a sandwich, chips, and a drink, but I was still charged an extra $1.50 for the meal. I ordered a kids' meal but only received the sandwich. Although I wasn't charged for the kids' meal, I ended up paying $2.00 for the small sandwich instead. Overall, I was very dissatisfied. The management really needs to reevaluate the staff and hire individuals who prioritize customer service and cleanliness.
