Great place with great eating, low trips and friendly staff. if they want to feed the family without breaking the bank. that is the place comes back definitiw!
The food quality and service at this restaurant were disappointing. Despite having low expectations, we were still unimpressed. We ordered two brats and two paninis, but after waiting for 35 minutes, the brats were burnt and cold. The staff did not offer much explanation for the delay, and they were also out of chicken salad and onions.
By docs after a long day on the search for jekyll island stopped. the chicken salad croissant ordered and it was excellent! the croissant was served warm and had a light buttery taste. the chicken salad also had a great taste. served with a pickle and a pocket of chips. beautiful sitting area in the free round the veranda. They were even friendly enough to bring our pup a bowl of water!
The chicken salad sandwich is sooo good! We really enjoyed our lunch here and honestly it was better than most of the established restaurants we’ve eaten at on the island. Definitely recommend Doc’s!
