초밥공장 - 제주특별자치도

Our family had lunch at Sushi Factory. We ordered sushi, kaisendon, and seasonal sashimi. All the fish was fresh and expertly sliced. The waiter even showed us the proper Korean way to eat sashimi. The service was excellent. It was definitely worth every penny.

The mackerel sushi is delicious and fresh, but the thickness of the salmon and other sushi could have been a bit thicker for a better texture.

The place is a little cramped.

리뷰 보고 찾아갔으나.. 기대했던 맛이 아니라 실망이 컸습니다 회는 신선한 편이지만 와사비 안들어간 초밥이네요 밥 상태도 별로고 간이 전혀 안되어 있네요 왜 리뷰가 한결같이 좋은지 의아했습니다

초밥이 맛있습니다. 대기는 대략 20~30분 정도였네요. 맛이 훌륭해서 기다릴만 했습니다.
