Five Guys - Jeffersonville

I rated this place four stars mainly because of the pricing (nearly $40 for sandwiches, drinks, and tax). However, the food, service, and atmosphere were all outstanding. The front-of-house team was particularly attentive, diligently cleaning tables and chairs, including legs, backs, and seats while we were dining. As for vegetarian options, they offer a veggie burger, but I didn't see any indication of a separate cooking method, so cross-contamination could be a concern. There were also many warnings posted about peanut allergies due to the boxes of peanuts available on tables. In terms of dietary restrictions, I had no trouble ordering one of the sandwiches without a bun. They were also very clear about the peanut allergy precautions.

Garbage service had a gift card but was charged full price on my credit card so came in and asked for help and he said nothing he could do , people were unhelpful and the shake was disgusting. Avoid.

The manager went above and beyond to fix a simple order mistake. This has been the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Highly recommend this location, the food is always great and really fresh.

As for parking, there’s always a spot available near the front entrance. My son typically parks in the handicap spots, which is really convenient for me.
