Miette Hot Springs Resort Restaurant

We have been going to Miette for Years and didn't always eat at this restaurant. It has excellent food! Had Greek Salad and Calamari to die for!. You could cut the Calamari with a butter knife! Went there a second time on same trip and ordered the same thing it was so good! Would highly recommend this restaurant.

Located not far from Jasper on a road only seasonally open, the Miette Restaurant provides very good food in a special locale. The ride to the restaurant is reason enough to go, however, the food makes this an even better destination. The Miette Hot Springs Resort Restaurant menu includes sandwiches, salads and full entrees. If you are lucky, your ride will include sightings of elk, mountain goats and/or bears. We saw a number of elk and goats. Food was very good as was the service.

We called in here after a visit to the nearby hot springs. The service was friendly, warm and very good. The food was excellent - very good portions and good quality ingredients. I would definitely recommend the 'Miette Clubhouse Sandwich' - generously filled sandwich and very tasty! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or call in again! Thank you for a lovely evening dinner.

We live in Jasper and never miss a chance to stop in for a meal after a Hot Springs dip. Anna always greets us with a smile. We have always had excellent meals and great service here. You will also enjoy the rustic feel of the restaurant and a great view.

Over the past 10+ years we have visited this restaurant at least twice a season. A trip to Miette or Jasper is not complete without stoping in for the Greek ribs and baklava. The pizza is delectable and the family run service is like no other! A definite must in my opinion.
