Harvest Food Drink - Jasper

I made reservations for dinner here at 8 pm on a Saturday before we left for our vacation. We were seated right away. The food here was delicious and the service was excellent. I highly recommend it. We split a Summer Salad (which is incorrectly called aHarvest Salad on their website). My husband ordered the Shrimp and Scallop Linguine, my daughter ordered the chicken, and I gotthe Beef Short ribs. The beef was very tender.

Sat outside on their patio drinking the watermelon gin cocktail. Only had fries as not hungry. Very friendly welcome service. We saw lots of amazing food coming out which looked really good. Sat watched the Canada Day parade which was good. Wouldhappily return test out that delicious looking food.

Drinks were good, appetizer was good, main food tasted like it was a frozen dinner or reheated left overs. Had the duck leg and short rib, terrible quality. For the cost of the mains I expected much, much better especially cause this was the number one rated restaurant in Jasper.

It was unexpected how absolutely amazing the food was. We chose largely because of price, but the value was AMAZING! I ordered the wild boars sausage, my husband had scallops and shrimp linguine and my mother had the salmon. The portions were huge, we shared off everyone’s plate to sample the amazing flavours built behind each dish. For dessert we split the chocolate peanut butter cup, which was not overly peanut buttery (peanut butter was built into the cheesecake filling) but so very satisfying. 10/10 would do again.
