那覇の代表的なマイ菜の町、壺屋の中央に位置する壺屋大通りには、エレガントなコーヒーショップがあります。こちらでは、白米と玄米、そして玄米茶を混ぜた「ブクブク」と呼ばれるお茶の泡を楽しむことができます。美しく盛り付けられたお茶は、まるで香りに包まれているかのようです。少し高め（1000円）ですが、このカフェは落ち着いた雰囲気でWi-Fiがあり、小さな陶芸アートルームも完備されていますので、行く価値があります。まったく違った体験ができる場所です。
