Chipotle Mexican Grill - Janesville

This particular Chipotle always delivers an excellent experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, and I always leave with a smile. The food is consistently fresh, and I make sure to stop by whenever I'm in Janesville. They all deserve a raise, without a doubt!

I’m giving this restaurant 4 stars because the food was enjoyable, but it felt like some ingredients were missing. Additionally, it seemed that the burritos I ordered contained less meat than expected.

The food was delicious, as usual. However, the restaurant was quite chaotic during my visit. The girl at the front desk didn't acknowledge me for the first three minutes I stood right in front of her while she was cleaning the tortilla warmer. Once she finally recognized me, she seemed a bit grumpy as she prepared the food. It seemed like she wasn’t enjoying her Saturday night at work.

I usually love chipotle but last time. I was really disappointed. the tortilla tasted half hard, as if it had long been sitting out or soon ran out. also the whole meat was quite dry and burned. I'll give them another shot as I always liked chipotle.

I was super disappointed with the customer service. They have posted everywhere about their cauliflower rice. When I asked for it, the woman behind the counter said, They didn 't make any. When I inquired about other options she argued with me about my own food choices. At 11:30 in the morning the restrooms and tables were filthy. I wish we would have gone someplace else.
