Jan Juc Fish and Chip Shop

This was the best fish and chips we have ever had! Despite it being Good Friday the service was fast, friendly and reliable, 15 minutes from the time our order was placed until the time it was ready. It was hot, not greasy and delicious! I was even able to order a piece of grilled flake with gluten free breadcrumbs, I find that gluten free options are a rarity when ordering fish and chips. Serving sizes were generous also. Highly recommend if your looking for a quality fish and chip shop on the Surf Coast!!

Ever tried to buy the fish we could get years ago, like schnapper and bream? Well you can get them at Jan Juc fish and chips. No more to say except it's worth a visit.

Whenever we buy take away here we are delighted by the freshness(cooked after you order so you do have to wait), quality & taste. There is a good variety with courteous service.

We decided to stop here on our way back from Angelsea as our regular fish and chip shop in Geelong was closed when we rang ahead. The reviews I read were a bit mixed but we thought we would try it. Probably the best fish and chips I have had for a while. The chips were crisp, the dim sims were very tasty (not artificially so) and the fish was excellent, fresh and cooked well. Would highly recommend this, better than chips we have had in Torquay so would drive the extra few kilometres as its well worth it.Service was polite and prompt.
