Kfc - Jamestown

The biscuits were so hard they could have been used as hockey pucks, the fries were burnt and cold, the hush puppies could have easily been used for a round of golf, and the fish was cold. Come on KFC, what's going on? When I went up to the counter to get some ketchup, there was no one in sight. After waiting a few minutes, a staff member finally asked if I needed anything. I requested some ketchup, which she promptly brought out to me. I don't think I'll be eating at KFC anymore. For $30.00, I'd rather go somewhere where I'll enjoy the food.

This place gives KFC a bad name. Overall the restaurant is Pretty dirty, they got my order wrong, took freaking forever, and the chicken was extremely tough.

We ordered takeout from this restaurant and unfortunately some of our food was missing when we got home. We had to drive back into town to retrieve it. We hope that they improve their service in the future, otherwise they may start losing customers.

The chicken in my famous bowl was clearly past its optimal serving time. However, the staff was friendly.

Well two nights in a row we went to the local Jamestown Tennessee KFC. Two nights in a row they were closing early and could not fill in order. It's 9:30 tonight we just went there and was told that they didn't have enough food to make any order last nightwe went there about 15 minutes before they close which is a little more understandable that they didn't have things cooked butstill said they had thrown everything in the trash and had nothing. I do not recommend KFC and Jamestown Tennessee they are rudedisrespectful and apparently don't know how to do their job until their time is done.
