I tried something else in Roxbury MA. We chose the Noodle Barn. Much to choose and enjoyed our decisions. The service was on site. Should it try if u like Asian cuisine, Thai and Vietnamese foods. Vegetarian options: They offer special diet food for vegetarians and have vegan options for lunch and dinner.
The experience in Noodle Barn is very satisfied. From exceptional service to phenomenal dishes, the place is a must to try. The pasta, train Mi (sandwiches) and Com Thit Nuong (Grilled on Rice) dishes are extremely delicious. Especially the festivities that are well seasoned and unforgettable. Thai Iced Tea was also great! Parking: parking is behind the store. You can reach it from the side street, just pass the store. Follow the map as it is.
I don't usually complain about food, because what I'm gonna do isn't back to the place. But in this case, I have to. I bought a chickenpho Ga soup, Cha gio and a Goi Cuon and the only thing I can say is that the soup was good. The rolls did not taste well and the Goi Cuon was filled with salad the noodles were hard and only a shrimp. Seriously $8 for what for salad, and the use of two spring rolls skin that it too thick and had no taste. Not worth expanding $35
Somewhat disappointing dinner, which perhaps explains why the restaurant was empty on a Saturday night. My salmon was extremely tough, likely cooked from frozen, and who knows how old it was. The portion sizes are generous; however, my boyfriend and kids didn’t finish their noodle dishes and didn’t really want them as leftovers. They said the dishes were bland and the noodles were stuck together. With so many Thai options nowadays, doubt we will be going back anytime soon.
