A small appetizer was offered...a finely minced fish and veggie salad. My starter was veal sweetbreads over lentils and a tomato salsa, followed by a sandre/perch filet. My husband had scallops in a saffron sauce and a main plate of lamb chops. Both plates had accompanying sides of potatoes au gratin, a veggie flan and ratatouille. Everything was fresh, nicely cooked and tasty. Our meals here are consistently good as well as good service. The chef updates the menu from time to time....always an enjoyable meal.
A very good address that this restaurant in the beautiful countryside of the valley of the besbre. we took the menu at 35 euros with input, dish and dessert (if not it is 39 euros with cheese) . I had chosen the tartare of st jacques\saumon, another guest had chosen foie gras, the plates arrive with a superb presentation in the pretty dishes. for the main dish there was the choice between roasted lottery, cute pork net or entrecôte, served with potato rosace, mini ratatouille and vegetable effiloché. dessert: strawberry vanilla, strawberry pie or chocolate cracker. All these dishes were excellent. everything is fresh and made home from the entrance to the dessert. It is classic revisited, modernized and once again admirably well presented in the plates. reception and service are warm and unreproachable. A good house.
Excellent meal with impeccable service. everything was good from the entrance to the dessert and refined. to advise.
Simple but good kitchen, unfortunately a little expensive. the frame lacks sympathy and friendliness but still accessible to all for a meal with friends.
Very good restaurant we are welcomed by very friendly waitresses
