Tokyo Sakura - Jacksonville

I had the Teriyaki Chicken Bento Box, it was a large part of rice and Teriyaki chicken, side of California rolls with Wasabi and ginger. 3 sesame oil fried dumplings delicious and crispy with teriyaki sauce and a side salad. I ignore the bad reviews, I had a great experience.

I would SKIP this place if I was you... read the comments. We ordered today and it was not good at all. Nice people thought but not so nice food. Believe it or not Panda Express is 100 times better than this place.. I'm still gagging and the nausea is real...

Unbelievable food was SO BAD just went to trash. When I called to get my refund or remake the food I paid $22 he said we are closed. Overcooked old rice, almost no veggie and chicken tasted so bad. Clearly they were closing so sold me whatever leftovers food they got

This place is usually good though I've only been there a few times but this time a friend and I ordered take out. We both ate I had the chicken teriyaki and my friend ordered the shrimp teriyaki. The next morning we were both fighting for the restroom! We both ended up with a stomach virus after we ate here. I'm not sure what changed or if the guy cooking the food just wasn't clean but I doubt I'd eat here again after that.

Very friendly and courteous cashier, I ordered over the phone to pickup. The cashier was helpful with the menu. 1st time visiting, food was delicious. I will be returning! Thank you!
