The Southern Grill - Jacksonville

No frills, but very good food at reasonable prices.

Ordered ribs, cheese burgers, grilled caesar chicken wrap. Definitely joined by tons of Clemson fans and locals lots of TVs to watch bowl games and even had a live band. Great local place find durong Gator Bowl visit.

I stopped by for breakfast. I was pretty early so the biscuits were a tad underdone the gravy was too peppery. I would suggest the evening for grilled fish.

The flavors are so good but the fries and pork were cold. Everything is self service, staff is nice. The food doesn't take long to get served.

Great Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner/Bar.. place. Good atmosphere, Good food. It just seemed to be missing personality. The only interaction was when you walked in and paid. Maybe I'm old, but one of the most memorable things about going to a restaurant is the server, good or bad. Southern Grill voids you of that. Good food, for a fair price. ~Mike Sharpe
