Starbucks - Jacksonville

This is definitely one of the best restaurants in the city! They truly know how to listen to their customers and get the order right the first time! The staff is fantastic, and there are some great people working here!

I visited this location after several months of consideration, specifically to try their salted caramel chocolate-covered treat. However, it turned out they don't carry it. When I inquired about the product, the female barista informed me that there simply wasn't enough space to offer it. I noticed that the entire side of the bin next to the espresso beans was empty, which felt like a lack of effort to accommodate their stock. Unfortunately, there were no valid excuses for this disappointment. From now on, I think I'll be heading to the Target in Fleming Island instead; they consistently have what I need.

If you're looking for a place with great drink quality and service, this is not it. I had to repeat my drink order multiple times, and it still came out wrong. Out of the five drinks I ordered, three were messed up. The food was also incorrect, and the staff was quite rude and unhelpful.

Always good service when I was there. I think they need more people behind the counter.

I ordered a cafe mocha, the barista looked a little confused and asked if I wanted the mocha latte or in it. I was confused as I've never been asked that about a cafe mocha and said I want the mocha in it. She was polite and said it would be about 5 minutes. I waited about 15 minutes while five other people got served ahead of me. I finally go up and ask for the status, clearly they forgot about me because they serve it to me right then. It was some kind of coffee concoction with mocha in it, it was disgusting and not even close to a cafe mocha. I wound up throwing it away. She did initially apologize about the wait however at that point I was done. I did not ask for a new one or a refund, not waiting another 15 minutes.
