Sake House Japanese Grill & Sushi Bar

The sushi at this restaurant is pretty good with fair pricing, but be cautious of the rolls as they change the names. For example, I ordered a Philadelphia roll assuming it would contain salmon as is common practice, but it was actually made with crab. Unfortunately, there were no descriptions on the menu indicating this change, so I was caught off guard. When I inquired about it, the staff were unapologetic and acted as though I should have known the roll had been altered.

Whenever I am in town, my mother and I make sure to visit Sake House. Despite the restaurant not always being crowded, do not let that deter you. The quality of the food and service is top-notch. Without a doubt, one of the best sushi restaurants in Jacksonville.

My main go to in riverside.. love the sushi.. Also there is alot to choose from on the menu..

The food was excellent and I highly recommend this restaurant. The staff was very professional and handled my date arriving 40 minutes late with ease.

I felt the sushi at Fresh Market was of higher quality. The rice tasted old. I don't see why this place has above average reviews. The service was nothing to speak of either. My waitress had trouble remembering our order. Spend your money elsewhere.
