The staff was nice but the service was not up to the standards of other Red Lobster locations we have been to. The ladies room was in very poor shape with no hand soap except a broken dispenser which appeared to have fallen off the wall. Very sad to see a Red Lobster in this condition.

Short staffed. Entrees came out before appetizers. Was not given cheddar biscuits
