The restaurant is spotless, and the staff is both friendly and well-informed. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes from the menu!

I cannot recommend MR. I tried the passion fruit meal replacement, and its flavor was overwhelmingly medicinal, which was quite disappointing. On the other hand, my companion ordered the strawberry coolada, and that was delightful. It had a slushy texture instead of a smoothie consistency, but the strawberry twist in the piña coolada was fantastic.

My smoothie is never cold enough, especially compared to those from King and Tropical. This is the fourth time I've experienced this issue, and I'm done with it.

I absolutely love Planet Smoothie! However, on my way back to Orlando from Tallahassee, I stopped at the nearest location only to find it closed. It was 6:32 PM, and the sign indicated it closes at 8 PM, but there was no note or explanation provided. Such a disappointment!

The smoothies here are generally quite good, but that's pretty much the only positive thing I can say about this place. They haven't updated their online hours, which now show closing time an hour earlier than advertised. I placed an online order, thinking I could pick it up at 7:15, and it went through without any issues. However, when I arrived, the doors were locked. On previous occasions when I've placed pickup orders during their stated operating hours, I've ended up waiting over 10 minutes only to find that no one had even started my order because the receipt had printed at the front while the staff were in the back on their phones. Overall, my experiences here have been quite disappointing.
